During sunset is when people mostly go out to the beach this is to enjoy the sun and have some nice dinner etc. During this time would be best to clean up too as it won’t be too hot therefore we can pick up trash left the rest of the day, as for sure no one would collect it during the hot hours such as 11AM to 4:30PM
