This young group is enrolled in Amicos.org exchange programme “Discover the South of France” travelling by train, through DiscoverEU inclusion action.
Amicos is a non-profit association based in Galicia, the northwest of Spain. Our main aim is to support people with intellectual disabilities in all spheres of life, supporting adults and children in their personal development, and organizing awareness campaings to raise awareness among our local community. Our region is surrounded nature and thousands of km of coastline, so our entity is committed to environmental protection and restoration. Among their activities, the group is willing to implement environmental protection actions, such as raising awareness about buying local products, reducing the use of plastic, travelling on green transport and organize a cleanup in Valras Plage (Beziers).
