Je souhaite entrer en contact avec une association qui pourrait fournir du matériel afin de réaliser un nettoyage de rivière sur ma commune (Jouarre, le Petit Morin) en association avec le club de kayak local et finir par une pêche à l’aimant le 6 juin prochain. L’objectif étant de générer un élan citoyen pour organiser des actions régulières sur la commune. La commune est en grande difficulté financière mais un élan des habitants est en train de naitre, nous n’avons à ce jour pas les moyens de financer quoi que ce soit.
